By accessing lucidmotionstudio.com or engaging Lucid Motion Studio for animation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Lucid Motion Studio provides animation and video production services including, but not limited to, 2D animation, 3D animation, AI-powered videos, motion graphics, corporate videos, training videos, and explainer videos. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each project are defined in the written quote or agreement for that project.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due on final delivery. Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance and can be paused or cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Each project includes the revision rounds specified in its quote. Revisions requested at the script and storyboard stages are included; substantial changes requested after animation has begun may incur additional fees, which will always be communicated and approved in advance.
Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the final delivered video are transferred to the client. Lucid Motion Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless a white-label or confidentiality agreement states otherwise. Client materials (logos, footage, brand assets) remain the property of the client.
The client warrants that any materials supplied to Lucid Motion Studio (including logos, images, footage, music, and text) do not infringe the rights of any third party, and agrees to indemnify Lucid Motion Studio against claims arising from the use of supplied materials.
We treat all client materials and project information as confidential. We are happy to sign a client's NDA before receiving sensitive material. White-label projects are never disclosed as our work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid Motion Studio's total liability for any claim arising out of a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page applies to all new projects from its publication date.
