What is corporate video production?
Corporate video production is the creation of videos that communicate on behalf of an organisation: to employees, candidates, investors, partners and the public. Typical formats include company overviews, internal announcements, leadership messages, employer branding, investor updates, event content and CSR or ESG reporting.
Corporate video does not have to be live action. Much of what companies need to say is about strategy, change, numbers or plans, which animation and motion graphics show more clearly than footage of offices. Animated corporate video also avoids scheduling executives, locations and crews, and is easier to update and translate.
What corporate video helps you achieve
- Align people on changeStrategy, restructures and new ways of working explained once, consistently.
- Attract the right candidatesAn honest picture of the work and the culture.
- Make results understandableFigures and progress that investors and staff can follow.
- Reach every locationOne message, translated and captioned for every team.
- Set the tone at eventsOpeners and content that frame a conference or town hall.

Corporate video does not have to mean a film crew
Many corporate stories are about strategy, numbers, processes or plans, none of which a camera can film. We choose the production approach for each project.
Animation
2D or 3D for strategy, processes, products and plans. No locations, actors or filming days.
Motion graphics
Results, figures, timelines and brand messages for investors, all-hands and reports.
Mixed media
Your photos, footage or interviews, or licensed stock footage, combined with animation and graphics.
AI-assisted content
Openers, concept films and visual worlds for events and launches, within your AI policy.
Edited corporate content
Footage you already have, edited, graphically finished and versioned for new audiences.
Series and templates
A consistent format for recurring updates, from quarterly results to leadership messages.
Where a project needs new filmed interviews or on-location footage, we can build around footage your team or videographer captures, or use licensed stock footage where it suits the message.
Where corporate video is used
Announcements and updates that every location sees the same way.
Employer-brand and role videos for candidates.
Results summaries and strategy films for investors and analysts.
Openers, transitions and stage content.
Company overviews for partners and prospects.
CSR and ESG progress told as a short, clear story.
For the teams that speak for the company
Corporate video usually has several stakeholders, so the approval process matters as much as the animation.
Change, strategy and announcements for employees.
Employer branding and recruitment content.
Vision and strategy messages.
Results and investor presentations.
Conference and launch content, often with agencies.
Is animated corporate video the right approach?
Animation or mixed media is a strong choice when
- The message is about strategy, numbers, change or plans
- Filming executives or locations is slow, costly or impractical
- You need several language versions or regular updates
- Content is confidential and must be produced discreetly
Consider another approach when
- The message depends on real faces and real places: a live-action crew, with our animation and graphics added
- Staff need to learn a procedure step by step: training videos
- You need to explain a product to customers: explainer videos
- You need a brand identity in motion: motion graphics

What you receive from a corporate project
What you can receive
Depending on the project, deliverables may include:
Tell us where the video will be used and we will recommend the versions worth making. Source files are available where agreed in the quote.
What affects cost and timeline
- Style and length. Motion graphics are quicker than detailed character animation.
- Amount of supplied footage. Editing existing footage is different work from animating from scratch.
- Number of stakeholders. More approvers means more review time; we plan for it.
- Versions. Language, event and social versions planned from the start cost less.
- Series. Recurring formats become faster once the style is set.
Our fixed-price packages start from $180 for a 30-second video and $340 for a 60 to 90 second explainer. Larger, 3D and series projects are quoted individually. Every quote is written and arrives within 24 hours.
